Cancellation Policy

SERVICE START TIME: It is important to clarify that service may begin within one hour after your booked start time. For example, if you book an appointment for 9:00 AM, service will begin between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you need a different day or time, please email bearcleanservice@gmail.com or text (916) 467-4074. Alternative arrangements require our confirmation. Existing reservations retain their originally confirmed dates and times. If the appointment is canceled the same day as the appointment a fee of $35 will be charged to the customer. ACCESS AND CONSIDERATION FOR NEIGHBORS: If your property is in a gated community, condominium or restricted-access development, please arrange technician access in advance and tell us about applicable hours and requirements. When the service may affect neighbors or common areas through noise, splashes, use of walkways or other foreseeable circumstances, the customer agrees to notify the relevant parties beforehand and obtain any necessary permissions relating to their property or community from management or third parties. Please tell us about restrictions before the visit so we can plan accordingly. BearClean remains responsible for using appropriate methods and taking reasonable precautions to protect surrounding areas. PREPARATION AND SURFACE CARE: For window and gutter cleaning, please clear work areas and nearby paths of furniture, plants, decorations and fragile items so the technician, ladders and tools can pass safely. Tell us if an item cannot be moved; we may limit or postpone work in obstructed areas until safe access is available. For pressure washing, methods are selected for the material and condition. Cleaning may reveal existing wear, loose paint or color differences; deep or permanent stains may not disappear. Please disclose known leaks, damaged seals, loose paint, recent repairs and delicate surfaces. If we identify a specific risk from deterioration, fragile materials or obstructions, we will explain it and request your authorization before continuing in that area. By authorizing work while those conditions remain, you accept the disclosed risk and its direct consequences, provided BearClean uses appropriate care and methods. We may decline unsafe work. This does not exclude BearClean's responsibilities under applicable law.
